Once the parties have been separated for twelve months, it may be their wish to formalise their separation by way of a Divorce. If that is the case, I can assist in preparing all required documentation and file it in the Family Courts on your behalf.
If the parties wish, I can also arrange the necessary service of the documents and attend any court events to have the matter fully finalised. We offer a standard fixed rate price starting from $995 (Plus GST). Feel free to utilise our 15 minutes free service so we can provide you with a fixed quote.
COLLABORATIVE FAMILY LAW
COLLABORATIVE FAMILY LAW
The Collaborative Family Law process involves the two parties and their lawyers working together, as a team, to reach a resolution. If necessary we can engage other professionals such as a financial neutral accountant, financial planner, or counsellor to join the team and assist in reaching a resolution. This process is conducted over several structured meetings and we will provide you with a fixed fee quote. Costs start from $3,500 (Plus GST) per couple.
We also packaged fee options for you and your spouse with other Kind Lawyers.
