Kirsty Salvestro…

Kirsty Salvestro is a Family Lawyer, Mediator, Divorce Coach, Author and founder of Flourish Family Law, a Boutique Law Firm that specialises in helping families separate peacefully and out of court.

Kirsty’s work is solely focused on helping separated couples reach amicable agreements by providing solutions that focus on kind and peaceful negotiation methods. Unlike traditional law firms, she uses only out of court solutions that will ultimately save you time, money and relationships.

Kirsty has Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Bachelor of Arts, a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law) and is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, She has been working with separated families for over 18 years since she was admitted in 2002, and exclusively in out of court solutions and coaching since 2018.

She grew up in a separated family herself, and through this experience she gained a deep understanding of the difficulties that families face at this challenging time in their lives. She also experienced separation from her first husband 12 years ago and she navigated that journey with her two very young children. Her personal experience of separation enables her to have genuine compassionate and understanding.

She has recently published her first book, What are we fighting for? A Peaceful Pathway for Separating Couples. Kirsty’s mission is to help as many families as possible learn about and be educated on peaceful separation solutions so that they can become stronger during and thrive after separation.
